Assisted living
CP Homes Assisted Living is a residential styled assisted living facility with locations in multiple states. Development of state specific prototypes were coordinated with client in order to meet the specific assisted living guidelines, licensing and construction requirements. Program was a multiple discipline program utilizing regional personnel to provide Site Investigation Reports in coordination with CP Homes site development team. Included in these reports was a preliminary site plan utilizing client guidelines for development along with an Opinion of Probable Costs for site development.
Full service A/E/C services were utilized to develop full construction documents along with full permitting of project in preparation for client provided construction. Facilities consist of 24-28 living units which allow for single or double occupancy. Individuals units are designed to provide self-directed living with included kitchenette and dining area space in each unit. Overall facility includes full service kitchen, library, laundry and nurses station.
